Job summary

Orchid Insurance, an Arrowhead Intermediaries company, seeks an Agency Development Manager to grow our national partnerships and drive premium growth through agency training and strategy. This field-based role emphasizes relationship-building, solution-focused guidance, and cross-functional collaboration across markets.

The ADM will travel frequently to engage with agencies, present product updates, and stay ahead of industry trends while representing the company at events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Property & Casualty industry experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently for in-person agency visits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing agents to drive risk selection and partnerships.
• Generate new premium growth through agency interactions (calls, emails, visits).
• Identify and develop new agency opportunities through prospecting.
• Deliver training and ongoing support on systems, products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain records of agency interactions using Salesforce.
• Travel to represent the company at events and meetings.
