Job summary

You will use video calls, messaging apps, and a secure portal to coordinate with clients, families, and the care team, document services, and monitor wellbeing while upholding safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, healthcare support, or related field is desirable.
• Certificate or diploma in Aged Care, Community Services, or Healthcare Support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly clients.
• Assist with daily living activities: meal prep, light housekeeping, personal hygiene.
• Manage appointments and medication reminders.
• Facilitate social engagement and recreational activities.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisor.
