Qualifications

• Must have negative TB test.

• Must be physically able to perform duties.
• General nutrition knowledge for meal planning.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and mental stimulation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and organizing.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines for all clients.
• Plan and prepare meals according to care plan.
• Observe and report changes in client behavior or safety.
• Maintain continuity of client care by documenting and communicating with the care team.
• Participate in trainings as required.
