Job summary

Leybold USA INC. is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive aftermarket revenue growth by expanding service agreements, maintenance programs, repairs, upgrades, and spare parts in a fully remote capacity.

As the primary aftermarket sales representative in the territory, you will develop customer relationships, analyze installed bases, and collaborate with sales, applications engineering, and service operations to deliver measurable value and maximize equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling industrial equipment, technical services or reliability-focused products.
• Strong consultative selling, account management and value-based solution development.
• Ability to communicate with maintenance, operations and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket revenue by growing service agreements, maintenance programs, repairs, upgrades and parts.
• Develop territory sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer retention.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and conduct customer visits to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and service teams to deliver value and uptime improvements.
