Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience selling industrial equipment, technical services, aftermarket solutions, or reliability-focused products.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, account management, and value-based solution development.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket revenue growth by developing customer relationships and identifying service opportunities.
• Develop territory sales strategies to increase market penetration, revenue growth, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with service operations and sales teams to deliver value through service contracts, maintenance programs, and parts sales.
