Job summary

Leybold USA Inc. seeks a Technical and Commercial leader for a portfolio of Leybold Service products. You will coordinate service product activities with global product management, set pricing, craft marketing plans, manage launches and provide product training.

You will drive service revenue growth across North America, support field teams and partner with North American and Global Service Marketing to create effective customer messaging and campaigns. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, product marketing, product management or service-related business development.
• Experience in vacuum or industrial technology markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth of Leybold's service portfolio, including field service, upgrades, repairs, training, refurbished equipment and parts.
• Develop strategies to increase service revenue and expand North American market share.
• Support service product management activities, including pricing strategies and launches.
