Job summary

Leybold USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer who will act as the main liaison between the Leybold factory and clients, educating stakeholders on vacuum technology advancements and best practices.

The role targets the Scientific market and requires travel to customer sites, demos, and meetings to drive growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, develop aggressive sales plans, and manage reports via CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• At least five years working with technical products or services, ideally vacuum equipment.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI and SAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Leybold products to an assigned account base within a geographic region, focusing on Scientific sectors such as Space Research, High Energy Physics, Fusion, Quantum Computing, Nuclear Medicine, Semiconductor, Solar, Analytical, Coating, and more.
