Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to grow our pump aftermarket parts and service business across Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Fire Suppression lines. You will own your territory and work with channel partners and end users to drive new business growth in a fully remote role.

The role demands 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years parts and service experience with pumping equipment or equivalent.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills to engineers and facility operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Coordinate with sales channel and internal teams to develop aftermarket sales.
• Develop channel partnerships with distributors and direct sales to end users.
• Promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life and solve pumping problems.
• Manage CRM usage and track win-rate; participate in meetings, events and tradeshows.
