Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its National After-Hours Call Team. This remote role provides compassionate telephonic care to aging residents across multiple states during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates hold an NP degree, active PA and NY licenses, and national certification with DEA prescriptive authority. 3+ years of experience and EMR documentation proficiency are required for success.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current unrestricted NP license in Pennsylvania and New York; willingness to obtain for other states
• National NP certification (ANP, FNP, or GNP)
• DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority
• 3+ years NP experience
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and document care in EMR

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first line of after-hours support for residents and staff by telephone.
• Coordinate care using Curana’s telephonic platform among facilities, hospitals, and clinics.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective care addressing acute and chronic needs in collaboration with physicians.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR per CMS requirements.
• Follow Curana clinical protocols and stay current with standards of care.
• Complete mandatory education and training on care standards.
