Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of affordable housing compliance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certifications and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with applicants, residents, and colleagues.
• Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi, Rent Café).

Responsibilities

• Process and track move-in applications within 3–5 business days.
• Process and track annual recertifications within 30 days of the effective date.
• Collect, verify, and input applicant income and household information per program guidelines.
• Ensure move-in files are complete and ready for compliance review prior to lease signing.
• Communicate with applicants, residents, and site teams to request missing documentation.
• Partner with property management staff to support timely move-ins and occupancy goals.
