Job summary

The Uncommon Business is seeking an Affiliate Concierge to own relationships with a defined book of 50 to 75 affiliates across an entire launch cycle. This is a contract role (per-launch) with remote work from 9am–5pm CST and reports to the Senior Manager of Affiliates & Partnerships.

You will lead recruitment, activation, motivation, and coaching, troubleshoot link or structure issues, supply on-brand copy, and celebrate and hand off affiliate sales with accurate payouts.

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting affiliate programs.
• Ability to manage a book of 50–75 affiliates.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Activation: push 50–75 affiliates live in the system and Slack channel before core launch.
• Motivation & Coaching: weekly check-ins and stretch goals during peak launch days.
• Tech & Link Support: resolve broken links or access issues quickly to preserve sales.
• Copy & Content: produce on-brand swipe copy and promotional content.
• Celebration & Handoff: acknowledge wins within 24 hours and ensure correct payouts at cart close.
