Job summary

Excel is seeking a remote Affiliate Partnerships Manager to vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliates who drive high-quality traffic while following industry best practices. You will monitor performance, collaborate with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to uphold standards and optimize results.

The role requires ownership, data-driven decision making, and clear communication in a fast-growing, remote-first environment, with occasional travel for meetups and conferences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B account management, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, insurtech, or SaaS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, concise, and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Vet new affiliate opportunities from inbound pipeline and referrals.
• Evaluate partner legitimacy, compliance, and scalability.
• Coordinate contracts and onboarding paperwork.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, tracking setup, and launch readiness.
• Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners and monitor performance against internal KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to resolve issues and scale high-performing partners.
