AMP Agency is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Remote) to drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, and new customer acquisition through strategic affiliate campaigns.

You will cultivate and manage affiliate relationships, oversee day-to-day campaigns, and contribute to long-term planning aligned with the seasonal retail calendar. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and strong client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3+ years of experience with affiliate or partnership marketing
• Ability to independently prospect, recruit, and onboard affiliates
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction, Partnerize, Impact
• Strong understanding of marketing technology and client discussions
• Up-to-date with latest trends in affiliate marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns to grow traffic, customers, and revenue
• Recruit affiliates through outreach and relationship building to meet growth goals
• Identify and recruit new partners via tools, social networks, communities, and emails
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commissions for affiliates
• Manage relationships with key partners; analyze performance drivers
• Meet regularly with partners to strengthen relationships
• Internalize Brand DNA and select partnerships that resonate with audiences
• Inspire affiliates’ engagement with offers and products
• Pull and interpret reports from affiliate platforms and vendors
• Pace campaign budgets and allocate commissions to high ROI partners
• Provide weekly insights and optimizations with program metrics
