Siege Media is a growing, remote-first GEO agency. We are hiring an Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to grow and manage strategic affiliate partnerships that drive meaningful results for our clients.

In this role you will support campaigns, recruit and onboard partners, monitor performance, and deliver regular updates. The team values collaboration, data-driven decisions, and client-focused communication in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate/partnership marketing or related field.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking technologies (cookies, pixels, links, attribution).
• Experience using analytics/reporting tools to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with publisher outreach and partner recruitment is a plus.
• PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and management of affiliate campaigns across client accounts.
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, onboarding and managing affiliate partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, partner data and dashboards.
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time launches of campaigns and activations.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and platforms.
