Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships across the US and Canada. You will manage a broad partner portfolio, optimize performance, and develop growth plans in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends relationship management with data analysis and campaign strategy, offering a fully remote setup and performance-based rewards. Strong English and experience with Impact, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing and partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or blogs.
• Proven ability to build and grow strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
• Experience managing large campaigns in US/Canadian markets.
• Native/professional English (C1) with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners in US/Canada.
• Manage 80–100 partners with quarterly growth roadmaps.
• Build strategic relationships via reviews, planning sessions and touchpoints.
• Monitor performance metrics (revenue, ROAS, AOV) and mitigate risks.
• Develop revenue acceleration initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand and policy guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence through partnerships.
• Leverage market trends to improve affiliate strategies.
