Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Marketing Lead to own Runpod's affiliate program end to end and consolidate creator relationships into a single, performance-based motion focused on signups and revenue. You will grow the affiliate network, recruit creators across multiple platforms, and partner with DevRel and Product Marketing to align content with Runpod's strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator partnerships.
• Proven track record of finding, recruiting, and managing affiliates or creators.
• Strong ability to design incentives and creator economics.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (PartnerStack, Awin or similar).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Runpod's affiliate program end to end, bringing affiliate management in-house.
• Strengthen relationships with affiliates and provide proactive support.
• Monitor performance and attribution (signups, fraud signals) in PartnerStack; coordinate with Marketing Ops.
• Test and refine commission structures and incentives to maximize signups and revenue.
• Transition influencer activities into a performance-based motion within the affiliate program.
• Find and partner with creators across platforms reaching developers and AI practitioners.
• Build repeatable creator sourcing pipeline and ensure content alignment with Runpod's brands.
• Own reporting cadence for affiliate and creator performance; deliver updates to leadership.
• Manage contracts, payouts, and day-to-day coordination with affiliates and platforms.
