Job summary

Fireflies.ai Corp. is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to own and scale its affiliate ecosystem, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and partner engagement.

You will recruit, activate, and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners, partnering with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams. The role requires 3–7+ years in affiliate marketing and a proven track record in scaling programs.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, growth marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving meaningful revenue growth.
• Experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain affiliate partnerships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, review sites, agencies, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strategic growth: scale Fireflies' affiliate channel via partner recruitment, activation programs, commission optimization, growth initiatives.
• Affiliate recruitment and expansion: source, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates aligned with target audience and growth objectives.
• Co-marketing and visibility: lead affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, content collaborations, and product launches.
• Partner engagement: collaborate with affiliates to create content, improve conversions, and maximize performance.
• Measurement and reporting: track affiliate performance, revenue contribution, conversion rates, partner engagement, and KPIs.
• Management of Fireflies.ai's existing and new affiliate programs.
• Design commission structures, payout terms, and performance tiers that are attractive and sustainable.
