Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional virtual consultations and drive sales from a PST-friendly time zone. You’ll educate clients on LaserAway’s treatments, tailor recommendations, and close opportunities across phone, video, email, and text.

This role offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus a commission plan designed to propel six-figure earnings in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent luxury retail/beauty/aesthetic dermatology experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through proactive virtual consultations.
• Educate clients on LaserAway’s treatments and tailor recommendations.
• Initiate outbound calls to leads and build trust with customers for long-term relationships.
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to help customers choose options.
• Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling.
