Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to build a loyal client book through virtual consultations. You will run consultations via phone or video, educate clients on laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more, and present financing options to close deals.

This full-time, remote role offers a $20/hour base plus uncapped commissions with six-figure potential in year one. Shift with some evenings and weekends to match client availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales.
• Experience in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.
• Ability to work remote with high call volume.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Comfort with presenting financing options.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Run virtual consultations by phone or video.
• Educate clients on LaserAway services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more).
• Present financing options and close deals.
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs.
