Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to deliver personalized virtual consultations and drive sales from home. You’ll educate clients on LaserAway’s treatments, tailor recommendations, and close deals in a fast-paced remote environment.

Base pay starts at $20 per hour with a lucrative commission plan; six-figure earnings in year one are possible in this dynamic, national role. Evening and weekend availability helps meet client needs while supporting brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of remote consultative sales in high-ticket or luxury sectors, or equivalent commission-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive virtual consultations.
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video to educate clients on LaserAway’s treatments.
• Engage prospects with outbound calls, build trust, and develop long-term relationships.
