LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to deliver personalized virtual consultations, educate clients on treatments, and tailor recommendations to help customers reach their aesthetic goals. You’ll engage with prospects via calls, video meetings, and messaging to drive sales.

This role offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour, plus an uncapped commission plan with six‑figure potential in your first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional able to work independently and in a team.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales success by meeting/exceeding goals through virtual consultations.
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video.
• Engage with prospects through outbound calls to generate leads and build relationships.
• Present treatment plans clearly to educate customers on options.
• Coordinate scheduling with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators and Regional Directors.
• Educate customers on financing options and payment plans.
• Address disputes and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.
• Support team success and embody LaserAway values.
