You will present financing options, collaborate with care teams, and contribute to a fast-growing, 100% remote sales organization. This full-time role suits driven professionals with a passion for aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).
• Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and love the freedom of remote work
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availability

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads — no cold list dialing
• Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more)
• Present financing options and close deals
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
