LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to drive virtual consultations and close treatment plans with a high-volume, commission-driven approach. You will engage warm leads, present LaserAway services, and tailor treatments with financing options.
This full-time, 100% remote role offers $20/hr base plus uncapped commissions and benefits. West Coast preference; strong communication and weekend/evening availability will help you exceed six figures in your first year.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
- Comfortable with high call volume and hitting quotas
- Self-motivated with remote-work independence
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Evenings/weekends availability
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads — no cold dialing
- Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more)
- Present financing options and close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
