LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant. You will conduct virtual consultations, present treatment options, and guide clients through financing to close deals. This role offers a $20/hr base plus uncapped commission and full benefits with 100% remote work.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, enjoy high call volumes, and can work some evenings or weekends to meet client needs. Six-figure potential in year one is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales.
• High call volume experience and ability to hit weekly/monthly quotas.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends to match client availability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads.
• Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more).
• Present financing options and close deals.
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs.
