Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).
• Willing to work from home with high call volume and quotas.
• Comfortable with evenings/weekends to match client availability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads.
• Run virtual consultations and build personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on LaserAway services.
• Present financing options and close deals.
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for handoffs.
