Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team.

This fully remote role involves coordinating aerial inspection tasks, reviewing and tracking work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience with ERP/CMMS platforms, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with PV solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients on time; schedule corrective actions.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Ops/maintenance.
• Track project documents to collect information for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables like construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspections.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
