Job summary

Deeply Digital is seeking an Aerial Fiber Placement Lead to coordinate aerial fiber work across markets, supervising crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Cable & Splicing Manager and requires strong leadership and project coordination skills.

You will oversee installation, pole setting, and make-ready tasks, align work with project objectives, maintain records, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced outdoor construction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in telecommunications, fiber optics, construction, utilities preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/foreman experience overseeing aerial construction crews or subcontractors.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present schedules for crews to the Cable & Splicing Manager.
• Lead and supervise aerial fiber placement technicians in installation and maintenance.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with subcontractors for workflow and inventory levels.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly activities to meet project timelines and update project management software.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, PPE, fall protection, and rigging practices.
