Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This remote role focuses on coordinating aerial inspection activities, reviewing work orders, and ensuring timely QA/QC from vendors for O&M projects.

The role requires 1–3 years in application administration, ERP/CMMS experience, PV solar knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Candidates should be U.S.-based and able to work with cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in an ERP and CMMS software platform.
• 1–3 years of experience in the PV solar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to support Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors and ensure timely delivery to field teams and clients.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered on time and corrective actions are scheduled.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Ops and Maintenance projects.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel and lodging for supervisors as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
