Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This role is fully remote in the United States, with location details to be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for Aerial IR inspections, QA/QC of vendor reports, and ensuring timely delivery to field teams and clients. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT/ERP/CMMS and PV solar sectors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of Application Administration experience in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of ERP and CMMS software experience.
• 1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to support the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients with corrective actions.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback.
