Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist to serve as the marketing lead for multiple advisor teams, aligning campaigns with growth priorities and delivering measurable results. You will partner with consultants, coordinate events, and optimize content across email, social, and campaigns from our library.

The role is remote, with a base salary range of $68,000 to $80,000 and total salary grade of $67,300 to $97,600.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales enablement experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Wistia, Wrike, Canva and FMG Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, becoming an expert in each team’s goals, voice, services, and growth opportunities.
• Plan proactive campaigns with advisor teams to uncover needs and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Advisor Marketing Consultants to align plans with regional growth priorities.
• Support events, campaigns, and content development to drive growth.
• Track results, share insights, and optimize marketing initiatives.
