Job summary

Summit Wealth Group is a remote-first firm seeking a marketing partner to support a team of 30 advisors across branches. You will develop and own annual marketing plans, run campaigns across email, digital, social, events and print, and partner with the broader marketing and business development teams to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing, preferably with financial services or RIAs, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely while using HubSpot and Redtail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with end-to-end ownership of plans and campaigns.
• Financial services or RIA experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage a dozen competing priorities without dropping important ones.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Redtail, or quick to learn new tools.
• Comfort with remote work and self-directed scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build annual marketing plans with advisors and branches.
• Serve as the go-to marketing partner for advisors and branches.
• Run campaigns across email, digital ads, social, events, and print.
• Review performance and communicate results honestly to advisors.
• Help new advisors and branches get oriented.
• Collaborate with broader marketing and BD teams to avoid silos.
