Job summary

A strong background in financial services and digital marketing is preferred. Hybrid work is supported near Concord, CA, Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing and digital marketing experience with strategy and execution.
• Experience developing content, calendars, campaigns, and advisor-facing resources.
• Experience evaluating AI tools, martech vendors, or other third-party technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor marketing strategy, programs, and team, directing two direct reports.
• Develop and scale marketing resources to help independent financial advisors attract prospects and grow practices.
• Oversee content development, calendars, campaigns, and educational programming.
