Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist. This remote role partners with multiple advisor teams to craft and execute marketing strategies across email, social, events, and campaigns.

You will analyze data, optimize programs, and drive growth through creative, compliant marketing efforts. The position requires at least 3 years in marketing or sales enablement, strong communication, and project management skills, with familiarity in CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years marketing or sales enablement experience.
• Financial services marketing experience beneficial.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day marketing lead for 8–10 advisor teams.
• Plan proactive campaigns aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with Advisor Marketing Consultants to ensure regional priorities.
• Support teams with event coordination and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate assets and content for email, social, and events.
