Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist to act as the marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams across the United States. You will plan and execute campaigns, coordinate events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and client engagement.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and strong communication, with a remote-friendly environment and a starting base salary in the $68k–$80k range plus bonuses and benefits.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales enablement experience required.
• Experience in financial services marketing is beneficial but not required.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams and understand their goals and voice.
• Plan proactive campaigns with advisor teams to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Advisor Marketing Consultants to tie plans to regional priorities.
• Support a subset of teams in executing marketing goals with events focus.
• Coordinate marketing assets using platforms like Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email and social.
• Navigate Salesforce: pull reports, analyze dashboards, create campaigns and report results.
