Job summary

National Psoriasis Foundation is seeking a Manager, Advancement to drive donor engagement and strategic fundraising efforts. The role focuses on building relationships with individuals, managing a diversified giving portfolio, and leading the Gift-focused events to expand philanthropic support.

You will collaborate across health care professionals, volunteers, and teams to connect donors with programs, research, and priorities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of nonprofit fundraising or related development experience.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and securing significant individual gifts, including five-figure gifts and six-figure solicitations.
• Experience managing a donor portfolio and advancing prospects through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Familiarity with planned giving principles and legacy giving strategies.
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising initiatives, campaigns, or donor-focused special events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors and prospects across annual, major, and planned giving.
• Identify and qualify prospective donors with the capacity, inclination, and connection to make meaningful philanthropic investments in NPF.
• Build strong, personalized relationships by understanding each donor’s connection to NPF and their motivations for giving.
• Conduct donor visits and virtual meetings to deepen engagement and advance relationships.
• Develop and execute moves management plans to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve fundraising goals.
