Job summary

The National Psoriasis Foundation seeks a Manager, Advancement to grow donor relationships and lead giving programs across annual, major, and planned gifts. You will work with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and teams to connect donors to NPF priorities and programs.

The role includes leading the individual giving strategy for flagship events, developing moves plans, and building a robust donor pipeline to sustain growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five or more years of nonprofit fundraising or related development experience.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and securing significant individual gifts, including five-figure gifts and six-figure solicitations.
• Experience managing a donor portfolio and advancing prospects through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Familiarity with planned giving principles and legacy giving strategies.
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising initiatives, campaigns, or donor-focused special events.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with donors, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors and prospects across annual, major, and planned giving.
• Identify prospective donors with the capacity, inclination, and connection to make meaningful philanthropic investments in NPF.
• Build strong, personalized relationships by understanding each donor’s interests and motivations for giving.
• Develop and execute moves management plans that advance donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Lead the individual giving strategy and revenue for assigned special events.
• Collaborate with Advancement leadership, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and teams across NPF to engage donors with programs and priorities.
