Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising or development preferred.
• Experience cultivating major gifts and managing donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a donor portfolio across annual, major, and planned giving.
• Lead and execute moves management to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Develop strategies for events, including Fund the Mission and Honorary Medical Committee.
• Collaborate with Advocacy, Research, Marketing, and clinical partners to engage donors.
• Track portfolio activity and pipeline to inform strategy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely recognition and reporting.
