Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Advanced - Cooling Technical Support Specialist to provide expert remote support for mission-critical liquid cooling systems in data centers across the United States. You will diagnose complex issues, guide field teams, and contribute to knowledge bases and service documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/R or mission-critical cooling, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, HVAC/R, or mission-critical cooling roles.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Reading electrical schematics and working with single/three-phase power.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advanced technical resource for mission-critical liquid cooling systems.
• Own complex technical issues and escalations requiring deep product knowledge.
• Provide remote diagnostics and guidance to customers and field personnel.
• Document troubleshooting in Case Management/CRM systems and maintain records through resolution.
• Develop Knowledge Articles, troubleshooting guides, and service bulletins.
