Compass Health Center is seeking a Virtual Evening Group Therapist to deliver evidence-based group therapy using CBT/DBT modalities. The role requires licensure in IL, MN, or WI and may include some individual case management.

The position is full-time and remote from home, serving clients across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin with evening hours. Compensation reflects market rates for clinical psychologists or masters-level therapists.

Formación

• CBT and DBT skills for group therapy.
• Experience facilitating evidenced-based group therapy.
• Ability to manage crises during sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Develop effective therapeutic group relationships.
• Utilize CBT, DBT and other evidenced-based therapies.
• Relay clinical information to the treatment team during rounds.
• Develop program material and adjust content to fit group needs.
• Engage in crisis management as needed.
• Create and update treatment plans.
• Chart in the EMR system.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• May meet with patients individually for case management.
