Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking an experienced Program Therapist to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adolescents nationwide, primarily leading group therapy and managing an individual caseload. You will create and implement personalized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Illinois license or eligibility: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD with 2+ years of therapy experience.
• Ability to discuss difficult topics with families and patients.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient delivering therapy via virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Value teamwork and align with Compass Health Center's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead group therapy with flexibility into primary therapy.
• Deliver CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and other evidence-based therapies.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and guide treatment planning.
• Coordinate with outpatient providers for continuity of care.
• Assess progress and determine need for higher level of care or discharge.
• Lead intake assessments and create/update treatment plans.
• Document in EMR and participate in crisis management as part of the team.
