Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• LSW license or eligibility to practice in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy to patients aged 18–23 in a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate CBT, DBT, ACT groups in IOP and general mood/anxiety programs.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Relay clinical information during rounds and chart in the EMR.
• Develop program materials and adapt content to group needs; engage in crisis management as needed.
• Meet with patients individually for case management when required.
