Qualifications

• Must hold licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD or PhD.
• Experience facilitating group therapy with children/adolescents preferred.
• Familiarity with CBT/DBT/ACT modalities and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate DBT/CBT skill groups for ages 5–13 (child program).
• Provide crisis intervention and staff support as needed.
• Develop and document treatment plans and weekly updates.
• Co-facilitate creative expression and experiential groups.
• Support families via phone coaching and follow-up calls.
• Coordinate with treatment team on progress and changes for patients.
• Provide clinical observations during interdisciplinary meetings.
• Offer individual support to patients as needed.
• Support other team members across treatment groups.
• Guide milieu staff during skills and executive functioning activities.
