MonetizeMore is a globally remote ad tech leader seeking a seasoned Business Operations / Project Manager to standardize workflows, manage the central project management system, and partner with Product and executive leadership to scale operations. You will drive process kaizen, own data reporting in spreadsheets, and design AI-enabled documentation.

The role emphasizes clear ownership, repeatable processes, and a connective layer across teams to accelerate product launches and enterprise client

Qualifications

• 4+ years in process, project management, or business operations.
• Experience in Ad Tech, SaaS, with high data volumes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead process kaizen and SOP governance across departments.
• Manage internal Notion PM tracker and drive company-wide adoption.
• Support product launches by structuring operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-departmental data and documentation needs to unblock workstreams.
• Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build scalable models.
