MonetizeMore is seeking a fearless Full-Time Paid Traffic & Monetization Architect to own the on-site revenue engine. You’ll optimize paid campaigns, refine layouts and navigation to maximize yield across ads, affiliates, and RSOC feeds, all while working in a fully remote environment.

You’ll identify the 20% activities that drive 80% of profit, scale winning campaigns, and cut underperformers. Compensation is uncapped and directly tied to profitable traffic you scale.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing paid traffic campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Deep knowledge of Yield, Session RPM, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and scalable ad creation.
