Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to lead the digital acquisition engine for a fast-growing Telehealth platform. You will own performance across Meta and Google, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and drive profitable growth in health and wellness markets.

The role requires data-driven decision making, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a strategic mindset to scale paid media budgets while improving CAC, LTV, and retention.

Qualifications

• Extensive ad ops or growth leadership experience in health/telehealth or D2C healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets across agencies or internal teams.
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPI-driven growth and revenue attribution.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration to scale performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner & Channel Oversight: Oversee in-house teams, agencies, and affiliates promoting health treatments to ensure measurable results.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels, identify bottlenecks, adjust tactics.
• Unit Economics & Analytics: Track CAC, ROAS, retention, churn, and LTV to guide budget allocation.
• Budget Strategy: Streamline large advertising spend, cut inefficiencies, and scale high-performing funnels.
• Growth Innovation: Evaluate new partners and channels to safely expand reach in health/ wellness.
• Operational Leadership: Build performance-monitoring frameworks, reporting loops, and automation tools to support scaling.
