Baidu is seeking an Account Manager to join our Global Business Team as a remote contractor in the United States. You will manage and grow SMB client portfolios, oversee campaign lifecycles across display, native, and video within the MediaGo DSP, and drive performance through optimization and regular reporting.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams, build strong client relationships, and stay ahead of AdTech trends to deliver results and scalable opportunities

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; 2+ years in B2B ad sales or account management.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.
• Strong cross-functional and client-facing skills with relationship-building ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven sales record.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients through effective account management.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from trafficking (display, native, video) to activation and optimization within the MediaGo DSP.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing to meet KPIs.
• Troubleshoot creative disapprovals and technical issues to ensure smooth delivery and spending.
• Assist in client-facing activities such as campaign briefings, status calls, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and support growth opportunities.
• Stay current on AdTech trends, platform updates, and best practices.
