Job summary

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) seeks a part-time ADRC Triage Support Specialist to work with the Access to Services Section. You will process intake, triage referrals to determine priorities, and enter client information into approved databases, providing essential administrative support to the ADRC.

The role is mostly remote after an introductory period, with occasional in-person days in Georgia. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and several years of related experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of related administrative support or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of aging/disabilities network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, triage callers’ needs and route inquiries.
• Input, monitor, and track data across databases.
• Compile data and statistics for reports and dashboards.
• Prepare and maintain files, logs, and records.
• Provide general staff support, scheduling, and office assistance.
