Job summary

The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services, is seeking a Social Services Program Consultant 3 (Resource Database & Platform28 Specialist) in Atlanta to lead the DDS RDB and Platform28 projects. You will evaluate business needs, coordinate with vendors, and help design and implement enhancements for ADRC systems.

You’ll develop user guides, oversee access management, draft policies, and train ADRC staff, while traveling statewide as needed to deliver training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of professional experience including one year in a lead role.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience at the SSP 2 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate DDS RDB and Platform28 business needs and design configurations.
• Coordinate with DAS leadership and vendors to implement updates and manage tickets.
• Draft ADRC policies and monitor processes related to DDS RDB and Platform28.
• Provide training, technical assistance, and user support to ADRC staff.
