Job summary

The Wyoming Department of Education seeks a statewide literacy specialist to provide technical assistance to school districts and build capacity for adolescent language and literacy programs in grades 6–12.

You will support district leadership, monitor implementation, and collaborate with statewide partners to improve literacy outcomes, with telework options and occasional in-office travel across Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Education) required.
• 1-2 years of progressive work experience in Education or Instruction.
• No certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide technical assistance to districts for adolescent literacy systems.
• Support district leadership teams in professional learning structures.
