Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Strategic Literacy Partner based in the United States to shape literacy outcomes across districts and state systems. You will advise senior education leaders, connect evidence-based practices with measurable outcomes, and collaborate with Revenue, CS, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to scale literacy transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in K-12 education, including district-level leadership.
• Deep expertise in the Science of Reading, structured literacy, evidence-based foundational instruction.
• Proven experience leading or supporting district-wide literacy initiatives and multi-school strategies.
• Ability to advise, influence, and present to senior district and state education leaders.
• Experience collaborating across complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships or enterprise-level education initiatives.
• Familiarity with outcomes-based contracting, grant-funded programs, or accountability-driven procurement.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, consultative problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%+, with occasional additional travel for training and support.
• Comfortable working remotely with frequent video meetings and digital document review.
• Experience working in a Google Workspace environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams on high-value district/state opportunities, providing instructional expertise.
• Deliver outcome-focused presentations to Superintendents, Literacy Directors, state education leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with district/state leaders and ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
• Represent the organization at conferences and state literacy events, supporting campaigns and pipeline.
• Contribute to quota attainment, pipeline development, and long-term partnership value.
• Advise districts/state agencies on the Science of Reading, structured literacy, MTSS frameworks, and implementation science.
• Help systems define success criteria, benchmarks, measurable outcomes, and evidence aligned with funding.
• Connect product capabilities to student outcomes and contribute to case stories and impact metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Implementation to align messaging and improve the district experience.
• Bring field insights back to internal teams to improve positioning and partnerships.
